  Bought my wood stove from Hoffman's about 4 years ago and it has worked perfectly, except when something was broken but that isn't Hoffman's fault. Made a service call on Saturday to have the afterburner replaced due to birds getting down the chimney and damaging it and by Tuesday afternoon it was fixed. When I called for service Jeff worked well with me to get an appointment ASAP and figure out part numbers and what they had in stock. Everything i needed they had in stock including a couple fire bricks. The serviceman that came to my house called me about 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to let me know he would be there in 15 and remembered being at my house 2 years prior to do a complete cleaning and chimney sweep not because it was on paper but the fella just remembered. About an hour later the stove was fixed above and beyond what was asked for. Stove completely cleaned, new gaskets, bolts and screws. Even left me with spare gasket material and some stainless bolts that were extra. These folks know what their doing, take the job seriously and do a professional job. Never had a problem at all with their sales and service. I live almost an hour away from Hoffman's and won't go anywhere else. I have two other stove shops that are 20 min to a half hour away from my house and will pass them up every time to go to Hoffman's.
